Spotlight: Kelsey Taylor's Transformation with The Business of Wellness Course

This is Kelsey Taylor.

Transitioning back from Norway to England presented Kelsey Taylor, the creator of Flow Women's Wellness, with a daunting challenge. The task? Establishing herself in an unfamiliar location, gauging the local audience, and sizing up existing yoga studios and teachers.

Kelsey, a senior yoga teacher and teacher trainer, with a passion for women's health, admitted to an inner struggle. While her experience on the yoga mat was undeniable, promoting herself confidently was a different story. "The juggle between daily life, family, and teaching often meant I placed myself at the bottom of the priority list," Kelsey reveals.

Enter The Business of Wellness course. This 8-week digital brand and marketing course, created by Louise Bartlett, was born from observing yoga teachers' needs for social media, marketing and branding guidance. With a syllabus addressing brand-building, audience growth, content creation, public persona, email marketing, and crafting a marketing strategy, the course was Kelsey's guiding light.

What resonated most with me is that it would give me the building blocks I needed to build my yoga business, delivered in an authentic, straight-forward, and easily-accessible way.

The Instagram tips, content creation strategies, and brand-building insights equipped Kelsey to grow her business. Additionally, the personalised touch of 1:1 coaching sessions with Louise allowed Kelsey to crystallise her ideas, narrowing her focus on propelling her business.

Another highlight? The group coaching sessions. For Kelsey, these were goldmines. "Hearing diverse perspectives, understanding what others were accomplishing, or struggling with – it was enlightening and sparked numerous ideas," she states.

For those on the fence about joining The Business of Wellness, Kelsey has a direct message: “Just do it - this course if suitable for whether your are dreaming into your business or ready to take action. There is so much information you can use in many aspects of your teaching business - the information is invaluable.
