About me.
I began my yoga journey while living in San Francisco 22 years ago. I love the clarity, connection and transformation yoga can bring to the Self, especially off the mat. I teach vinyasa flow, slow flow, and yoga for menopause classes with playfulness, alignment and grace. All levels are welcome.
In 2016, I trained to teach Anusara Elements with Bridget Woods Kramer. The term Anusara (a-nu-sar-a), means 'flowing with Grace,' 'flowing with Nature' and 'following your heart,' In 2020, I completed my advanced teacher training with Jason Crandell and continue to train with him. Jason inspires me to teach and practice yoga in an accessible, intelligent and grounded way.
Other teachers who have influenced me over years include: Ram Dass, Pema Chodren, Max Strom, Seane Corn, Sianna Sherman, and Elena Brower.
