• I’ve been practicing yoga for 25 years

• I’ve been teaching yoga and breath work for 8 years

• I lived in Boston, San Francisco and London before heading to the leafy Kent countryside

• I love sushi 🍣 and pizza 🍕

• I’ve got an 11 year old daughter named Matilda and dog named Benny
