ABOUT LOUISE

  • I’ve been creating Vision Boards for over two decades, so I know a thing or two about their transformative potential, and power! 

  • I founded an award-winning independent business selling bags made from reclaimed, recycled, and up-cycled materials in over 200 stores across the US, and beyond. 

  • I’m passionate about wellbeing, have practised yoga and breath work for 22 years, and am a qualified teacher of both (look out for some wellness based learning on The Power of Vision Boards course as an extra treat). 

  • Visualisation is a huge part of what makes Vision Boards so compelling, and I’m no stranger to attracting what I want into my life using this technique - from visualising a yoga lady shedding her layers to purchasing the original artwork weeks later, to visualising and achieving my qualification as a yoga teacher.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • This is the number one question I get asked, as so many people assume they lack creativity. In reality, we all have the potential to be creative, but often don’t give ourselves the opportunity to unleash this side of ourselves.

    There are no right or wrong answers when you create a Vision Board. Each one is unique to its creator, and all of my students are extremely happy with, and proud of their efforts. Most can’t wait to frame, display, and use them - even if they didn’t consider themselves a ‘creative’ person at the start of this workshop.

  • You’ll want to spend some time preparing for the workshop by collecting images, cardboard, and found objects. But don’t worry, I’ll send a list through so you have time to gather.

    Many people continue to finish their boards after the workshop has ended.
