About Me
Hi, I’m Louise!
I’ve been creating Vision Boards for over two decades, so I know a thing or two about their transformative potential, and power!
I founded an award-winning independent business selling bags made from reclaimed, recycled, and up-cycled materials in over 200 stores across the US, and beyond.
I’m passionate about wellbeing, have practised yoga and breath work for 22 years, and am a qualified teacher of both (look out for some wellness based learning on The Power of Vision Boards course as an extra treat).
Visualisation is a huge part of what makes Vision Boards so compelling, and I’m no stranger to attracting what I want into my life using this technique - from visualising a yoga lady shedding her layers to purchasing the original artwork weeks later, to visualising and achieving my qualification as a yoga teacher.
As an expert in teaching and creating Vision Boards, with over 20 years of experience, I’ve been interviewed by NBC News (see segment below), and have delivered workshops, talks, and podcasts to huge audiences across the US, and beyond.

Got questions about the course? Here are some things that participants often ask…

A: This is the number one question I’m asked about this course, as so many people assume they lack creativity. In reality, we all have the potential to be creative, but often don’t give ourselves the opportunity to unleash this side of ourselves.
There are no right or wrong answers when you create a Vision Board. Each one is unique to its creator, and all of my students are extremely happy with, and proud of their efforts. Most can’t wait to frame, display, and use them - even if they didn’t consider themselves a ‘creative’ person at the start of the course.

A: This is a self-paced course that can be enjoyed at a time to suit you, but please allow at least two hours to complete it (most people spend more like 4-8 hours doing the exercises and creating their boards). You may also need to set aside some extra time to collect your images and put together your words before you sit down to create your board, and many people add to their Vision Boards over time, after the course has been completed.

It’s both! I’ve recorded high quality lessons to take you step-by-step through the exact process I use. You can take these lessons at your own pace. There is also a live Sharing Circle and Q+A session via Zoom on the 9th of February, 2022 where you can share your own vision board, learn about the symbolism and colours used in your creation and be supported by others. Don’t worry if your vision board is not complete or you can’t make the date, you can watch the replay in your own time.
